Recently purchased my new car from Earlsdon motor company , communication and honesty was key to the sale , Kay kept to his word holding the car in question for me till I got down there by train , he then met me at the train station and took me to view the car , this is when things got confusing when I seen all the other cars he had, all prepared to a very high standard , he let me look around and decide which one I was taking away with no pressure at all , it was an absolute pleasure buying a car from Kay , business all done the way it should be , will definitely be keeping an eye on Earlsdon’s stock and returning for another beautiful prepped high end car with hassle free sale in the future , keep up the good work Kay 👍

Kay was great during the sale of a Skoda Octavia. He allowed me to browse the car at my leisure and gave me my space without being standoffish. He answered all of my questions and even some about other stock. Once I decided to take the car, the process was faultless. Highly recommend this dealer. It's rare to find one you can trust. I bought an Ateca from Earlsdon Motor Company in July, exactly as described, unfortunately had an EML come on after 6-8 weeks, DPF sensor. The communication was astounding, quick responses (within the hour of a quote from the garage being sent to them) to say to go ahead with the replacement. And the bill was paid directly to the garage before I even picked it up. I will recommend to anyone to use this dealer and will use them myself in the future for a good deal and peace of mind after buying. Many thanks!

Was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company, gave me all the information and pictures etc I needed before coming down, they then picked me up from the train station, on arrival to the unit the cars were all well presented and I wasn't pushed while having a good look around, I went to look at a 430d GC and it was just how it was described, I could see straight away this was a good motor, don't have any trouble leaving a review a day after purchase as I'm confident I'll have no problems from here, the 430d drove like an absolute dream on the 100 mile trip home. Really pleased with my recent experiance, Kay was incredibly professional and very helpful. I was offered a test drive on my own to begin with but when Kay realised I was not the most confident moving from manual -> auto and 1l -> 2l he was happy to accompany me and help acclimatise to the new car. Kay is very easy to contact, friendly and forthcoming with any information needed. Very easy to sort out a viewing/purchase. Available on weekends also. Had an issue with the rear diff after purchase which was sorted by Kay at a garage local to me. I would recommend as one of the best small dealers I have ever been to. Car is great now the diff is sorted!
