The purchase was an unpressured process with the dealer leaving me to inspect the car and take it for a test drive in my own time whilst being available for any questions. After the purchase the car dealer dropped off the car at my house. I had some minor issues with the vehicle within two weeks of the purchase. I contacted the car dealer. He took full ownership of the issues and resolved them with no questions asked. I recommend Earlsdon Motor Company Ltd for the quality of their customer service and after sale care.

It was a real pleasure buying a car from Earlsdon Motor Company. I asked to reserve a car for a couple of days while I booked a vehicle inspection, which they gladly did. They pick very good quality used cars, and corrected (minor) issues which came up from the vehicle inspection check. Went to Coventry to pick up the car and was met at the train station, had excellent service and was helped throughout the entire process, including assistance in getting my insurance. Everything was smooth, and it was a real pleasure to transact. I felt I got a good deal on the vehicle, which is always a great feeling when buying a second hand car. Overall, a very happy and satisfied customer.

Our salesperson was a very helpful professional and when we got home and realised a small fault with the lock on the car, he immediately agreed to fix it. Car runs well and we would use him again.
