After the purchase the car dealer dropped off the car at my house. I had some minor issues with the vehicle within two weeks of the purchase. I contacted the car dealer. It was a real pleasure buying a car from Earlsdon Motor Company. I asked to reserve a car for a couple of days while I booked a vehicle inspection, which they gladly did. They pick very good quality used cars, and corrected (minor) issues which came up from the vehicle inspection check. Went to Coventry to pick up the car and was met at the train station, had excellent service and was helped throughout the entire process, including assistance in getting my insurance. Everything was smooth, and it was a real pleasure to transact. I felt I got a good deal on the vehicle, which is always a great feeling when buying a second hand car. Overall, a very happy and satisfied customer.
