Today I picked up my BMW 320d M Sport Convertible from Kay at Earlsdon Motors and I honestly couldn't have had a better experience. Firstly, I left my deposit with Kay prior to seeing the vehicle and simply because Kay was the best salesman I had spoken to so far and the most honest. Even though he had customers wanting to by the car on site, he still reserved it for me which was much appreciated. Going down to pick up the car, Kay was even able to pick me up from the station and take me to the garage where I saw my car clean and ready for me. Fell in love instantly! On a whole, my experience buying this car from Earlsdon Motors was a very satisfiying one to say the least. I am more than happy with the service and treatment I was given (including my free drink and chauffeur service). Kay was honest with me, and very informative to all of my questions. I didn't honestly believe that this one company had nothing less than 5 stars, but here I am, also giving the service 5Stars!

I bought a Audi A3 Black Edition from Earlsdon Motor Company on the weekend. I was excited to see the car in person as it looked good in the advert. When I arrived it looked even better than I had imagine and it was flawless to drive. Kay, was extremely helpful and patient as I bombarded him with questions about the car due to being wary of private sales. Kay had no issues answering any of my questions about the car and his business which reassured me that I was getting a great deal on a fantastic car. I have since recommended a friend to buy a car from Kay as he is a genuine guy, selling genuine, great value for money cars. I would highly recommend Earlsdon Motor Comany to anyone looking to buy used cars.

I found the whole process of buying my car from the Earlsdon Motor Company very pleasant and stress free. When I arrived to view the car at 8 pm, Kay gave me the keys and left me to have a good look around by myself. After 10 minutes or so, he came over and we had a chat about the car. He was able to answer all of my questions and I got the strong sense that he cares passionately about his business and the satisfaction of his customers. The car was beautifully presented and easily accessible in the indoor viewing area. During the test drive I was impressed by Kay's extensive knowledge and relaxed approach to selling cars. After the test drive we sat down and discussed the next steps in the purchasing process. I explained that I'd like to sleep on it and let him know my decision in the morning. I have bought many cars from Main Dealers; the level of service (and distinct lack of BS!) I got from the Earlson Motor Company was far better than any of those. Highly recommended!!!

Nothing but praise for this guy and his company, from start to finish I couldn't complain. The car is first class and probably better than advertised. I was 300 miles away in Scotland and as a result Kay was happy to answe all my questions quickly and honestly and even agree a deal before I travelled. He was even kind enough to pick me up at Birmingham airport and drive me back to his garage. Once at the garage I was left in peace to fully explore and examine the car without any pressure. He was even happy to let me plug in my diagnostic equipment to ensure there were no issues with the car. Overall first class guy, service and car. Would 100% recommend this guy and his business.

Car better than described, No pressure whatsoever, my family made to feel welcome and at ease, very clean indoor viewing area and relaxed test drive. Keep on doing what you're doing Kay.
