We can't praise Kay enough. A highly professional and friendly man. Went the extra mile and brought our chosen car to us owing to or difficulties regarding our line of work. The car, an Audi A3 Sportback was beautifully presented and in stunning condition. Exactly as described. We would recommend Earlsdon to anyone seeking a high quality, reasonably priced premium vehicle in the Midlands.

Fair dealer

I bought half year ago audi s3. The car drove without any issue on the test drive(I didn't take it to the highway to drive it 70mph as the issue showed up only at 70mph). After few weeks I noticed noise in the car on the highway and went to the audi. I've been told that it might be gearbox fault. I immediately call to Kay and explain him what's going on. I'm not goona write all the details here but on the end there wasn't any issue with the gearbox(on which one I had warranty) but it was wheel bearing but we didn't know that... We've been told before by some company that's rear differential problem. So Kay offered 50-50 on the repair cost. Which is fair enought for me as I had warranty only for gearbox and engine. We fixed that but it wasn't the rear differential but the wheel bearing as I mentioned. He refunded me 50%cost what I paid for rear differential. So I can highly recommend Kay as he was all the time durring this "investigation" what wrong with the car nice to me and he paid all expense. Thanks Michael

I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case it's only fair. I purchased a car from Kay and he supported me through the entire process, providing me with a fantastic vehicle which I absolutely love. During the exchange I called Kay multiple times, sent a large amount of messages and he was always quick to respond with the answers I needed. I even stayed in contact after purchase for advice and Kay again provided an excellent on going service even after the sale. This is the kind of independent dealer that should be recognised with it's fantastic customer care. Thank you so much Kay!
