I purchased a car from Kay at Earlsdon Motor Company early in January. Kay was a very helpful and honest man. He was very professional and excellent customer service throughout the deal. He was quick to respond to texts and and questions I had he answered honestly and professionally. I didn't feel at all pressured to buy the car and he let me come to my own decision about the car. Absolutely love the car and am very happy with the purchase. thank you very much.

I purchased an brilliant VW car from Kay this week. The service I received was both friendly and very professional. Purchasing any car can be an anxious time, but Kay made it stress free - even delivering the vehicle to my home, some 45 miles away, as I had difficulty in getting to Coventry to pick the car up. From the point of making an appointment to see the vehicle to the vehicle being delivered to my home, Kay kept me fully informed. promptly answered any query I had and assisted with all of the necessary documentation. An excellent and professional service.

I purchased a car from Kay early in December and I must say he was excellent to deal with . I had arranged to view a car but unfortunately I didn't make it on the agreed day and missed out but Kay informed me of a similar car that was arriving at his dealership and gave me first chance on viewing it . I bought the car because it was everything he said it was (no b/a) the buying experience was so easy and helpful. I was weary of buying a second hand car because of all the pit falls that can come with it but buying from Kay was the best decision I made he is true to his word and a very pleasant guy who is an honest dealer I would thoroughly recommend his business to anyone who wishes to buy a car Thank you Kay and good luck for the future Chris Morris in Tamworth

Kay was a pleasure to deal with, providing a professional but friendly customer service throughout, and the cars on sale were excellent value. From the very first phone contact with this dealer I received excellent service, my questions were answered honestly and competently giving me a clear understanding of what I was getting for my money. Threre was no pressure put on me to buy. Very prompt and quick when decision was made so I had the car within that day. Overall, a very pleased customer and would highly recommend. Thank you.
