Organised a viewing for a car, when I turned up they said they’d already had a deposit put down on it AFTER my enquiry because they “Didn’t hear back from me”. Showed them proof of me organising an appointment to view the car and respond with a grunt. Disgusting.

Bought an 8 year old car from Earlsdon, and was travelling 80 miles to collect. Car looked great in the pics, but before the long drive I messaged the company just to ask for additional photos and info about any niggles no matter how small. He then went away to take a couple photo's of the smallest of stone marks around the bonnet/bumper and one near the rear, which are to be expected on an older car but appreciated the honesty upfront so I wasn't put off when I arrived. Before I got there he'd touched up those small marks for me, car had already been serviced and MOT'd and was ready to drive away. Perfect! On the drive back home I noticed a small issue that didn't show up on the test drive, I took it to a local garage to be looked at and got back in touch with Earlsdon with the results. He footed the bill, transferred money across to my bank account and I got the works completed locally saving me driving all the way back to Coventry! 10 out of 10 across the board.

Agreed to a deal on a Golf, arranged for pick up, he confirmed everything, including the price and when the collection was going to take place. I had everything organised only to get a message two hours later saying he sold the car to someone else. Really disappointing. Be careful.

Paul This is not exactly what happened. Yes you enquired and then were looking into collection and shipping to Ireland. In the meantime someone local came and purchased the car. No deposit was paid and no formal agreement was in place. I am sorry you have given me negative feedback and feel this way but unless a deposit is paid then there is every chance a vehicle may sell.

Just bough a Saab 9-3 Estate from Kay. Nice car in good condition at a very good price. I recommend this dealer to anyone! Allowed me to look over the car and inspect paperwork without any pressure. Lovely chap

The best dealership I have been to, the salesman is super friendly and lets you get on with looking around the car on your own at your own pace. He then made the purchasing process pleasant, easy and hassle free. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Kay is an honest, fair & realistic person who offers a fair negotiation, which is important in this trade - no bravado, just genuine. Really happy with the car that I purchased. The car is clean, reflects the description and 2 months on I have had no problems at all. Would recommend this business & Kay as it was simply hassle free. I’d buy another motor off him for sure.

The service was exceptional, very knowledgable and willing to go into detail on questions we had. In fact better than many main dealers. The dealership and all the cars for sale are immaculate. We saw the car we liked on Auto Trader, and as we had some distance to travel he agreed to save it for us. it looked even better in real life, and saved it for us a little longer, whilst we transferred funds from our bank. This is a dealership that has lovely cars and puts the customer first, highly recommend.

I saw an Audi A1 for sale on autotrader and rang Kay up to arrange to go and view it. He kept it for me for a few hours while we made the journey down. Kay was really helpful on the phone and answered all questions I had. We were not disappointed with the car. It was exactly as described and in top condition. No faults at all with the car. Kay was patient while we asked lots of questions. A reliable, honest and trustworthy car salesman that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others! The car drove fantastically home even in horrendous snow. You will not be disappointed if you by a car from here.
