Earlsdon Motors was very laid back and easy to do business with. Didn't take long to decide on a purchase. All the cars were well maintained and very clean. Really impressed with the car - exactly what we wanted. All details checked out. The only fault would be that the CD player doesn't work and the radio LCD screen only works intermittently. Rang the previous owner who explained to us that this was a problem with the car since new and that Earlsdon knew about it. I do think we should have been made aware of it but it should be inexpensive to fix or replace. Wouldn't have affected our final decision on the car anyway. Everything else in good order according to our mechanic. Overall a good experience!

Tony Apologies for the issue with the stereo. I was told about it but honestly speaking i completely forgot about it. Being an intermittent issue i didn't quite remember when you came to see the car as the stereo works but pixels on the display sometimes doesn't. It would have been better if you had come direct to myself to enable me to try and rectify the issue. Hopefully the discount you received will more than cover issue :-) You have a lovely car and hopefully many miles of happy motoring.

travelled 120 miles to view the car and not disappointed. Photos and description spot on. All details confirmed via phone. Honest, genuine and totally professional attitude the owner made the whole transaction easy. Best car buying experience I can remember Would recommend and use again in the future

Had my car written off and needed transport quick. Saw the car on here. He couldn't of done more to help. Genuinely lovely guy. He was also very informative throughout. Didn't push us to make a decision and happy stayed open for us to look at the car.

My experience with the Earlsdon Motor Company has been exceptional. I visited to test drive a VW Polo but had a change of preference and wanted to look at VW Golf that was in the garage instead. Rather than being annoyed the guys said it was no problem and swiftly arranged for me to take the Golf out for a test drive. I was impressed by the Golf and started the process of buying it. The guys kept in touch at every stage and texted me with all the details I needed. The sale was completed in two-days. They stayed open late (around 7pm) so that I could collect the car after I had finished work. Again this was no issue for them to do that. Paperwork was straightforward and they made sure I had everything I needed. This has been a superb buying experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to buy a quality used car.

We spotted the vehicle late one night on auto trader and they responded very quickly with all the details we needed. We then arranged a test drive for the next day and the car was purchased. The wife loves the car and I'm pleased with the price we paid. A Very pleasant genuine man who we would use again.

Kay is one of the best car traders I have purchased a car from. Not like your typical pushy independent. Very honest and will answer any questions you have. You are able to spend your time having a good look over the car before test driving with no pressure. I have purchased two cars from this dealer both going well so far! Highly recommended.
